Huddle Web Works, An OV Elevate LLC Company ("HWW," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. Huddle Web Works is a roofing-only digital marketing agency operating under OV Elevate LLC, a California limited liability company. We serve roofing contractors nationwide, providing services including SEO, Local SEO, GBP Management, PPC Advertising, Local Service Ads Management, AI-Powered Lead Nurturing (HuddleFlow AI™), and Website Design.

HWW is a one-person operation. Shareef, the Founder and sole point of contact, is responsible for all client communications and data handling. We do not employ account managers or third-party sales representatives who handle your data.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly. When you fill out a form, schedule an assessment, complete the Search-to-Booked™ Scorecard, or communicate with us, we may collect:

Service area / geographic location
Current marketing spend and revenue range (submitted voluntarily via assessment or scorecard)
Any other information you voluntarily submit in form fields or messages

Advertising platforms: If you are a client, we may upload your campaign data to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms strictly for the purpose of running your contracted campaigns.
Legal compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of HWW, our clients, or others.
Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of OV Elevate LLC or its assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described here.
