About Huddle Web Works
30 years in tech. 5 years on roofing crews. I have done the work you do. I built Huddle Web Works because good roofing companies deserve better than what most marketing agencies are selling.

Why I Started This
I spent five years on roofing crews. Laying squares in the summer heat. Getting the call at midnight because a storm rolled in and somebody has to get up there and tarp that roof before the damage gets worse. I know what this work takes because I have done it.
I also spent 30 years in tech. Not selling it. Building it. Help desk tickets all the way up to cloud systems for big companies. I know how the internet works under the hood because I have been building that stuff my whole career.
That is why Huddle Web Works exists. I got tired of watching solid roofing companies get taken by marketing agencies that never set foot on a job site. They charged thousands a month, threw around words like "domain authority," and sent you blog posts nobody read while you sat there waiting for the phone to ring. They were doing the wrong work.
You deserved better. So I built something better.

Not Just Talk
From someone who has laid squares and built the Search-to-Booked™ Roofing System.
Rise to the Ridge: How to Dominate Google and AI Search with Local SEO.
Every chapter is built for roofing companies. Not lawyers. Not dentists. Not plumbers. The examples are from your world. The strategies match how homeowners actually search when they need a roofer. And it is written so you can knock it out fast, because you have got crews to run and jobs to close.
The Framework
Most agencies hand you a menu of stuff and hope something works. We built one machine that connects everything from the first search to a booked estimate.
Get Found
SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile, Ads
Get the Call
Calls, forms, and missed call recovery
Stay on It
AI follows up instantly, 24/7, so no lead goes cold
Book the Estimate
Estimates on the schedule, not leads on a spreadsheet
Other agencies stop once you show up in search. We do not stop until the estimate is on your calendar.
Here Is the Problem
Failure #1
Cookie-cutter tactics that have nothing to do with how homeowners actually search for a roofer. No focus on the Maps Pack where 42% of clicks happen. They treat your business like a dentist office and wonder why the phone is not ringing.
Failure #2
Even when a lead does come in, nobody follows up fast enough. The homeowner calls three other roofers while your agency is sending you a report. The lead goes cold. The job goes to somebody else. And you are still paying the bill.
You do not have a lead problem. You have a visibility problem. And the agencies you are paying are making it worse.
Your Market.
Your Agency.
One roofer per service area. Period.
Exclusivity
Think about it. If your marketing agency is also working with your competitor across town, whose phone are they trying to make ring? Yours or his?
Here is the other reason. I am a competitive person. When I take on your market, I am going to win it. I cannot do that if I am also working for the guy down the street. I would be competing against myself, and that is not how I operate.
One company per market. Your strategy is yours. Your data is yours. Your territory is yours.

Homeowners in your area are searching for a roofer right now. If they are finding your competitor instead of you, that is not a skills problem. That is a visibility problem. And it is fixable.
Let's look at your market. No pitch. No pressure. Just a straight look at where you stand and what it takes to get your phone ringing from the people who are ready to hire.
